My Questions on ImageJ

Dear Colleague,

I have some stack images to process and these images are acquired on Zeiss LSM 
510. However, I have two questions yet for consultation:
1) How to open the "*.MDB" file using ImageJ. These files contain some 
information of the raw images.
2) In processing the stack images, I can get the intensity values over 
sequential images in the stack upon ROI region. However, I don't know how to 
plot the 2D graph of the sequential intensity values (X: image label in the 
stack; Y: intensity values in ROI region of relavant image).
