Analyze Particles Accuracy: msg#00216

Subject: Analyze Particles Accuracy
I have been using ImageJ to calculate the area percentage of porosity in a thermal spray coating with a great deal of success. What I would like to do is extend the decimal point to 2 places to the right; thereby allowing an evaluation to 1/100 of a percent porosity. However, I have not been able to locate the code to do so. Where does it reside?
