pulses in parallel

I would like to view 192 parallel pulses in a single image.
ImageJ almost suits my requirements, except
that I would like to specify x coordinates as
real number coordinates, not as array indexes
or pixel coordinates.  Is there any plugin for
ImageJ that can help with this.
