Hey,
it will be great if somebody can help me. I want to create a 3D-image.
The pictures were taken by a confocal microscope and saved as tiff
files. Last when I had done this it was no problem. Today I did the same
with other pictures and I can't open the tiff pictures. First I got the
failure message that there is not enough memory space - but it used only
17 MB of 380 MB. Next message was that I cannot open compressed tiff
files, but there are not compressed. Finally I could only open 5 of my
45 slices!
What did I wrong?? Is there any way to open all pictures?
