java.ikvm.devel

Subject: Re: Samples distribution

The best possible code sample is IKVM.NET itself.  If you look through the directory structure you will find nant .build files which you can quite easily decipher and gain an understanding of how to go about integrating the Java source build process of your project with the build process that will take the resulting jar file and compile this into a .NET assembly (or assemblies, dependent upon your project build process.)

On the page at the following address: http://www.ikvm.net/userguide/tutorial.html

You can find the following:

"This tutorial references files in the samples distribution available on the download page."

When I click on the link to the "download page" it takes me to:

http://www.ikvm.net/download.html

There is only one line of type on that page:

"IKVM.NET source and binary distributions are available for download on Sourceforge."

When I click on the link, it takes me to:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=69637

On that page there is one download item.  Clicking on that takes me to:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=69637&package_id=68631&release_id=404044

On that page, there are three files to download:

ikvm-0.26.0.1.zip
ikvmbin-0.26.0.1.zip
ikvmbin-generics-0.26.0.1.zip

I downloaded all three of them and unzipped them. I couldn't find any samples distribution.

Can you please let me know whether I'm looking in the right place?

Thanks

Jim
