Abbot future

Hi folks,

there has been some discussion about TPTP and Abbot. It seems that Eclipse team is really putting effort on TPTP, but I can't find much activity around Abbot. I didn't find any roadmap from the Abbot project pages. It seems that there's not much happening at the moment, correct me if  I'm wrong. Does anyone know something about the future of Abbot SWT? 

TPTP doesn't seem to provide much help for SWT GUI testing besides AGR. What I would really like to see in TPTP is Jemmy/Abbot style approach of finding components programmatically. Actually we have it already in Abbot, but the future of project is a questionmark.  

Please share your knowledge regarding the future of Abbot SWT, if you know something.
