Hi Dave, thanks for the response.

I was about to say I don't have any transient fields - but I have static
fields and I guess they are treated as transient for the purposes of
serialisation.

Personally, I'm not sure I see the reasoning for the different reporting
levels, but at least I understand that it's deliberate now!

Hmm, looks like i was mistaken, i don't think that is the case anymore. 
Looks like perhaps if the class has a (at least one) transient member, then 
it's reported as LOW.
