FindBugs 1.1.3-rc1 released

We've released findbugs 1.1.3-rc1, which fixes the fatal bug in the  
1.1.2 FindBugs ant task.

Normally, release candidates aren't announced to findbugs-announce,  
but since 1.1.2 has the
fatal bug in the ant task, I wanted to make the availability of this  
widely known.

We've also taken additional testing steps to ensure that the ant task  
is testing during our smoke
test.

1.1.3 contains only two other small changes: Changes to the style  
sheets to make them more complaint
with HTML standards, and checks for x.equals(x) and x.compareTo(x).

Please check out 1.1.3-rc1 if you had been trying to use the ant task  
in 1.1.2. Unless some other
issue comes up, 1.1.3 final will be released by January 2nd.
