Bill,

There is no need to fix as it works with instance hashes and occ. nums ;)

About automated testing, i guess this can be tricky as the html was
generated without error. The only issue cames when using the output,
expanding/collapsing bug details was not applied on the correct bu instance
(no javascript error).

Maybe just validating the html output using W3C validator could be enough,
as some html tags were having the same id.
