There is no DTD or schema that I know of.  Also, the format of saved XML
is very much a moving target.  In general, the best policy
is to parse what you can and ignore any tags or attributes you aren't
expecting.

In general the BugInstance, Method, Class, and SourceLine elements are fairly
stable, and should be relatively self-explanatory.
