Hi Jake,

I have come to a patch to HTMLScanner that solves the line endings
problems.

Every other unit tests in NekoHTML still pass... but I commented out
some code that might have been useful in cases not covered by the tests.
Or not :)

So, I send the patch to you, maybe you can have a look on it, before
submiting to NekoHTML mainteners.
