Hi,
Has anyone created a LazyDOM version of the xhtml DOM classes and
factory or if not does anyone know how to create one? Mark are you
still out there somewhere ? :)

There isn't currently a XHTML LazyDOM implementation. It's not all
that hard
to implement, but there is a bit of a learning curve to know how to do
