Hi David,
I don't know about the "good" part, but here's what I created awhile back.  It will need updating to reflect the awesome new stuff...  If you want to make changes, I'll be happy to revise the copy I maintain.

Actually, now that I look at it, I realize that those imags are almost a decade old, believe it or not... but if you're up a creek without a paddle, here you go
