The "xmlc" command was a batch file, not an exe. I don't think it exists in the source anymore and, hence, not in the released binaries. There's some stuff that has been lost over the years. Mostly from the transition from Lutris, after it has gone closed source for newer versions, and back to open source when Lutris went under but donated the code back to the community. It's certainly something that might be useful to add back in there. Anyone want to write relatively generic batch files up for Windows and Unix? If they work properly, I'd certainly be up to putting them into the next release. Until then, you can write your own or use the Ant task (as I think was suggested in a separate response to this thread). See the example apps for info on the <xmlc> task useage.
