Subject: [xmlc] Where do i get xmlc.exe ?

Hi,

I am very new to XMLC.
Recently i downloaded xmlc-2.2.6.zip. I was going
through the
documentation, and it says that, to generate a java
class from a
html file
use this command (xmlc -keep hello.html) but in the
binary that i
downloaded i didnt find any bin directory nor any
xmlc exe.
Kindly tell me where do i find those exe or how do i
generate the java file out of a html file.
