CDATA doesn't work. It generates xhtml like:

"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd";>
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml";>
<head>
<title>Page</title>
</head>
<body>
<div><![CDATA[<h2>This is cdata!</h2>]]></div>
</body>
</html>
---
If you open that in a browser, you'll see that it
doesn't work at all.
