Yep, Kyle is right. If the appwizard doesn't put xml-taskdef.jar on the
compile classpath, then the taskdef will most certainly not be found. I
assume you are using Enhydra 5.1, right? Make sure to report the problem
to the Enhydra guys so the fix gets in the next release.
