The mockups have to be headerless since otherwise the CSS would be
ill-designed. But I won't be digging in the compiler. I'll rather add
few commands to the XMLC ant task. Something like

echo "<?xml...?>" > tmp.html
cat file.html >> tmp.html
xmlc tmp.html
