XMLC 2.2.2 Release

XMLC 2.2.2 has been released:

- Fix issue with setting Text node value to null causing NullPointerException
- Fix issue with setting Attr node value to null in HTML documents causing 
attributes to be serialized as if they were boolean attributes even when 
they weren't
- Fix issue with Pretty Printing feature not working
- Fix issue with XMLCContext.getContext(this) returning null after an 
application reload under containers such as JBoss
