Sorry for the absence for a few days. My motherboard is failing and I had
to migrate back to my old computer.
Anyway, the Log4jXMLCLogger has been committed unchanged to the XMLC
CVS. I also added log4j.jar (version 1.2.8) to release/build-lib so this
class could be compiled. Again, log4j will not be required at runtime to
use XMLC. Only if this log4j wrapper class is used will log4j.jar be
required to be in the runtime classpath.

Hi Jacob!
As you suggested, we renamed our Log4j wrapper class to Log4jXMLCLogger.java.
Also, we think that the second class Log4jXMLCAdapter.java is not
necessary for us.
If this class is OK for XMLC, please include this class into XMLC final.
