Given these changes, does it make sense to rename xhtml.jar and
wireless.jar to xmlc-xhtml.jar and xmlc-wireless.jar? It just makes the
distinction that these are xmlc implementations. Doesn't matter that much,
I guess, but I thought I'd suggest it.

They stay in release/lib - removing them would mean more changes to the build
