NeckoHTML parser, alternative to JTidy?

I just saw a post where someone mentioned the NeckoHTML parser. 
Seems like it might be a nice, actively developed, alternative to
JTidy.

Thoughts?  Might this be a good replacement for JTidy in future XMLC
