I asked this since the arguments of the constructor is
(DocumentLoader, ClassLoader, XMLCLogger). It looks
too complicated for me.

include all the jars in the release/lib and the
command line driver is:
org.enhydra.xml.xmlc.commands.xmlc.XMLC

Easiest way is to create a
XMLCDeferredParsingFactory and use the
loadDocument method on it.
