Re: Build problem

I take that back.  There does seem to be something wrong with
running the tests.  However, if you just do cd to the root of the
project build and type "ant", that will run the "lib"
target which will succeed under Ant-1.5.1 and ant-1.5.2beta1.

Don't bother with the cygwin environment.  Just do it from the
normal command line.
