The XMLC build.xml isn't compatible with the 1.5.1. The 1.4 Ant is
included with the source and you can take a look at the build.sh and
maybe write a build.bat for building on Windows.
By the way, the binary distribution of the XMLC 2.2 Alpha 3 is at:
