Hello Mark and David,

So.... both of you are saying that DOM3 doesn't exist in Xerces2
(based on what David said in his original email)?

Then what is this?

The one thing I'll grant you is that the standard jars which are xercesImpl.jar
and xmlParserAPIs.jar don't actually contain the
org.apache.xerces.dom3 packages nor does org.w3c.dom3 even exist.

We might want to query the Xerces group to see what their plans are in
this respect.  The other thing is to based XMLC-3 on DOM4j and see if
that provides makes things easier.
