Any idea what I am doing wrong?

/usr/local/enhydra5.0/lib/xhtml.jar  intro.html
Exception in thread "main" org.enhydra.xml.xmlc.XMLCError: qualifiedName
is null for XHTML document; maybe trying to use a HTML parser on XHTML
