Do that - there is no reason for it to stay in that I can see. In fact, the 
old reloading code doesn't even compile anymore since XMLC 2.1, and it's 
excluded from the build process. I've just left it in for reference so far, 
but now that we've got the new reloading in place, it's not longer needed.
