1. Inclusion of XMLC taskdef from Barracuda project. There seems to be several questions on the mailing list in the past searching for XMLC taskdef after downloading XMLC package. I took the source from Barracuda and include it in the XMLC build. Hopefully, this won't upset the Barracuda developers.

Not upset, just checking which XMLC taskdef you chose.  The Localize taskdef supports compile-time localization where the Xmlc taskdef is just the generic original taskdef that provides Ant XMLC compilation.  If you use the Localize taskdef, you need to have the following files:

Localize.java
Xmlc.java
LocalizeXmlcUtilsImpl.java
DefaultXmlcUtilsImpl.java
XmlcUtils.java

Otherwise you need:

Xmlc.java
XmlcUtils.java

BTW, we'll have to coordinate changes to the taskdef code.  If you guys make change, can you let us know so we can incorporate the change/bugfix into our taskdefs.  We'll do the same.  Or, maybe we need to come up with a enhydra-commons project kind of like the
jakarta-commons project.  What do you think?
