xmlc-2.1 no /bin/xmlc ?: msg#00016

Subject:	xmlc-2.1 no /bin/xmlc ?

I have download xmlc-2.1 which got the following files in the archieves:

gnu-regexp-1.1.4.jar
jtidy-r7-xmlc.jar
wireless.jar
xerces-1.4.4-xmlc.jar
xhtml.jar
xmlc.jar

But no /bin/xmlc? How do i do the compilation (from html to DOM classes?)
