editor quick browse feature missing in version 4.x

Just a simple question. Where is the "Quick Browse" feature from version 3.x hidden in version 4.x? The help file points to a boolean property named "Show Editor Toolbar" – wich is unfortunately missing in my version (build 020521)?

Is this an unsupported feature in 4.x?
