Contributing to kXML 1.x (multiple codepages for WBXML)

Hi,

after looking at the WBXML support in kxml 1.2.1 I would like to 
contribute some code which adds handling with multiple codepages.

I've read that in order to get write access to CVS I need to get an ID 
from enhydra.org. Can someone tell me who I should write to?
