[enhydra] Enhydra JaWE 2.3-1 released

JaWE 2.3-1 version is available for the download from:

and you can try Java Web Start version from

CVS source code is also updated and tagged. Build scripts are also 
included into the source code.

JaWE architecture is now more add-on oriented and there is a set of
