[enhydra] UTC vs localtime in catalina.out logfile

Hi there,

the catalina.out logfile contains a weird mix of UTC and localtime:

2007-05-30 15:11:30,475: INFO: Reloading this Context has started
2007-05-30 13:11:33,118: INFO: Starting synchronous cache load!

Any idea if it's possible to configure something (dunno what) to get 
localtime in all log entries?
