[enhydra] Would someone please tell me how to set those DB parameters

I am currently using microsoft SQL as our DB server. There are a few parameters 
that need to be set, would someone please fill in the ???? for me to make it 
work. I tried using different class in there, but none work. I have different 
exception while I was trying with different classes.

Also, when I download enhydra 6.4 from objectweb, I could not find the jars for 
com.lutris.appserver.server.sql.msql. I only have the standard DB classes. 
Would someone please tell me why? I thought it was only for enterprise version, 
but from the CVS directory, it should also be for Enhydra.
