You should change all port parameter settings in 'server.xml' (server and connectors) and 'adaptor.properties' (adaptors) files placed in '<enhydra_root>/multiserver/conf' directory. The easiest way would be to reconfigure enhydra 'multiserver' (port numbers and service name) directory trough 'configure' script placed in '<enhydra_root>/multiserver/enhydra' directory (parameters are explained in '<enhydra_root>/multiserver/README.txt' file).
