[enhydra] How to apply a integral use of JAVA and XPDL file using Shark?

Hello,
I recently have installed shark 1.1 but I am a beginner of shark.So I want 
to write a simple application just use a XPDL file and JAVA application, 
what should I do? Please give me some suggestion.Thanks.
