Re: [enhydra] OpenLaszlo on Enhydra Enterprise 6.3.1: msg#00009java.enhydra.general
Hi, you can deploy application war file in Enhydra 5.x too! To do this, you will have to add your application to '<enhydra_root>/webapps' directory and reconfigure 'multiserver.conf' file a little(add your application to existing multiserver configuration). As an example you can check out 'BarracudaDiscRack' sample enhydra application. Note that Enhydra 5.x is based on Tomcat 3 implementation and therefore implements Servlet 2.2 specification. Therefore, I strongly recommend you to use Enhydra 6.x for your web application deployment (based on newest Tomcat 5.5 releases - implements Servlet 2.4 specification). Additionally, we have stopped development of Enhydra 5 Server. Last few versions are released only as Enhydra tools (DODS, Octopus, etc.) maintenance support.
