I could not follow the answer there. I could not find target named
makexmlc . There is only xmlc.
Can you please explain a bit on this?

Operation is rather simple:
Just comment
<delete dir="${basedir}/xmlc_for_compile"/>
command placed (hopefully) at the end of target named "makexmlc".
