Now, in DODS we have three cache implementations:

DataStruct cache (list of DataStructs which represents rows in table),
simple and complex Query caches (list of oids as a result of SELECT
statements). Also transaction cache....

Currently selectCount() method doesn't cache the results. DODS adds to cache
results of SQL statements, which are executed using runQuery() method.
