DODS SQLdrop.sql case sensitivity problem

Hi Together,

a case sensitivity problem in "ObjectId" table on MySQL:

SQLdrop.sql contains "ObjectId" while SQLcreate.sql contains "objectid".

I'd suggest to make the ObjectId all lowercase in the generated
SQLdrop.sql.

Sorry, no patch, I believe it's a trivial thing to fix.
