All I would need is a folder with the apache director module source code
and simple configure script that does not try to detect the version of
running apache, doesn't try to create a RPM - simply doesn't try to be
too smart.

I am willing to ensure myself which apache version I am running, I am
willing to install the module to apache module directory manually, I am
willing to do everything - all I ask is a simple build process that
doesn't choke on missing dos2unix script, doesn't try to search for
"httpd" binary, doesn't require the whole apache source code installed
etc. Just like it used to work with pre5.0 directors.

Thanks in advance! :)
