Hello! 

Have you tried to run examples with Enhydra 5.1 (discrack,
TransactionsDiscRack, ...)? Do they behave ok?

As for your app, unfortunately we can't help without more info. Simply,
we haven't seen these problems, although we tested not only Enhydra
examples, but a few big apps.

- which java you are using (sdk, jre, version)?
- which database?
- which template set you used to generate xxxDO classes
- DatabaseManager section from application's conf file could help us too

Another question: what do you mean by "we are using the database
manager independently from DODS" ?
