Enhydra 5.1 and Apache 2.0

I'm trying to understand how to use enhydra witth Apache 2.0, and I have 
heard some tantalizing rumors that it can be done with version 5.1 and 
apache2 proxy settings.  I tried looking at the documentation for this 
in the release notes for 5.1, but I get a 404 page not found error. Does 
someone know how to do this?
