Kelp and JBuilder 9

Trying to use the latest Kelp with JBuilder9.
There seems to be some functionality missing compared to the old (Kelp
2)version.

1) XML files do not show up in the XMLC Wizard
2) There is no XMLC page in properties to allow setting the xmlc options for
the individual file. This may be related to item 1. This could be a
non-issue if there is another way to specify options for individual files
i.e. options.xmlc?

Also, it seems that the Kelp mailing list is "dead".
