1) Dods-runtime is still required for Enhydra applications. We separate DODS
from Enhydra, but Enhydra is not separated from DODS at all. You must have
dods-runtime in classpath.



2.) We didn't include Petr Stelk patch that use  ServerPageRedirectException
instead of ClientPageRedirectException in StandardApplication.java class
because we had a lot of problems because of that.  In source you can find
commented lines in requestPreprocessor method of this patch.
