Session id in URL

Hello!

we want to use the encoding of the session id in the URL so I configured

        SessionManager.SessionEncodeUrlState = Always

But it does not work. Enhydra "thinks" that each new page is a new session.

Browsing the mailing list I saw some patches for this problem (e.g. the patch 
that removed non http conform chars like '+' from the encoded string) - are 
these patches included in 5.1? I havent found anything in the readme.

We use Enhydra 5.0 for now.
