We corrected and uploaded winows setup for runtime in Beta 7.
Sorry...
In next few days we will try to switch to JRE.

The beta 7 runtime for windows does not install correctly.  The paths are
messed up.  The beta 5 is just fine.  Is it possible to make a runtime
install that uses the JRE and not the full JDK?  I would prefer not to have
to install the whole sdk for deployment.
