CVS barracuda library howto?

Hi, 

I am trying Enhydra5.0 and Barracuda-1.1.1 (the version that comes with
enhydra5.0).

When I run my application, I get the following error message on console
shell:

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger
(org.enhydra.barracuda.core.comp.helper.ComponentGateway).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

When asked in barracuda mailling list, I am told that I have to use CVs
version of the barracuda.  Now, I have downloaded the CVS version; I have
several files and directories under Barracuda directory.  

How can I set enhydra5.0 to use the latest library, not the one it came
with?

Any pointers would be highly apprecited.
