What is the procedure to get patches included in future enhydra version?

Hi,

Long time ago we were told that Enhydra was going to be placed
under debian cvs, now it is done, great.

At that time (sept 2002) I placed a very small patch
(one line using array out of bound)into cvs

http://debian-sf.objectweb.org/patch/?func=detailpatch&patch_id=3&group_id=21

but it is still not include into enhydra5.1.
Right now, what is the procedure if I do have other
request?
